本文采用液相-四级杆飞行时间质谱的方法筛选产2-amino-3-(3-hydroxy-5-tert-butylisoxazol-4-yl) propanoic acid (ATPA)的芽胞杆菌菌株.通过分析50株芽胞杆菌菌株发酵液中胞外化合物成分,筛选出合成ATPA的2株芽胞杆菌,为嗜碱芽胞杆菌(Bacillus alcalophilus)FJAT-10014和栗褐芽胞杆菌(Bacillus plakortidis)FJAT-8757,该成分在发酵液中的相对含量分别为1.43%和1.28%,ATPA与色谱库检索得分(score)分别为93.41和95.01. |
