酚类物质对中国林蛙蝌蚪生长发育的毒性效应

摘要:
中国林蛙蝌蚪对水环境有极强的依赖性,水环境中的酚类物质可以通过中国林蛙蝌蚪的呼吸系统和皮肤进入其体内,影响蝌蚪的存活状况、生长发育和生理生化指标。因此中国林蛙蝌蚪可以用作监测水体环境的指示物种。从壬基酚、辛基酚和双酚A等酚类物质对中国林蛙蝌蚪生长发育的毒性效应进行阐述,为酚类污染物对两栖动物生长发育影响机理的深入研究奠定基础,为中国林蛙蝌蚪的生态保护和水环境监测提供科学依据。

Toxic effects of phenols on the growth and development of Rana chensinensis tadpoles

Abstract:
The tadpole of Rana chensinensis has a strong dependence on the water environment. The phenolic substances in water environment can enter the body through the respiratory system and skin of the tadpole of R. chensinensis, which can affect the survival status, growth and development, physiological and biochemical indicators of the tadpole, so it can be used as an indicator species for monitoring the water environment. The toxic effects of nonylphenol, octylphenol and bisphenol A on the growth and development of the tadpole of R. chensinensis are reviewed, which lays a foundation for further study on the mechanism of the effects of phenol pollutants on the growth and development of amphibians, and provides scientific basis for the ecological protection and water environment monitoring of the tadpole of R. chensinensis.
