本文以印度犀牛角为主要研究对象,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、X射线荧光光谱仪、全自动氨基酸分析仪分析其红外光谱、化学成分等特征,旨在为犀牛角替代品、人工合成品的研究提供部分基础数据。结果表明:红外光谱中氨基酸、磷脂酸、牛磺酸等相关的吸收峰明显;犀牛角主要的无机成分为CaO、Fe2O3、K2O、ZnO、SiO2等;氨基酸含量为481.01 mg/g,药用氨基酸含量丰富,氨基酸组成与标准蛋白的贴近度为0.74。结果表明犀牛角具有较高的营养价值。 |

Analysis of chemical components in Indian rhino horn |

Abstract: |
In this paper, Indian rhino horn is the main object of study. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF) and automatic amino acid analyzer were used to analyze the infrared spectroscopy and chemical composition of rhinoceros horn, in order to provide basic data for the research of rhinoceros horn substitutes and synthetic products. The results showed that the absorption peaks of amino acids, phosphatidic acid and taurine were obvious in infrared spectra. The main inorganic components of rhinoceros horn are CaO, Fe2O3, K2O, ZnO, SiO2, etc. Amino acid content is 481.01 mg/g, medicinal amino acid content is rich, and the closeness of amino acid composition standard protein is 0.74. The result indicates that the rhino horn has high nutritional value. |
