Abstract: |
Biodegradable block polymers promote the development of drug delivery systems due to their amphibious and drug traget.This review presents the most outstanding contributions in the field of biodegradable block polymers used as drug delivery systems: surface modification, hydrogels and micelles as well as delivery of biomacromolecules using nanoparticles. |
