纳豆激酶的分离纯化及生化研究

摘要:
用固体发酵工艺制得的纳豆中含有大量溶栓活性成分——纳豆激酶.经过生理盐水浸提,(NH4)2SO4分级沉淀.Sephdex柱层析等步骤,可以得一层析纯的纳豆激酶.冷冻干燥品经SDS-PAGE电泳显示有二组分存在.

Purificaton and Characterization of Nattokinase
Abstract:
The natto made by solid fermentation contains a large amount of thrombuslytic active component-nattokinase. The enzyme was purified to a chromatographic purity with a series of purification procedures including saline extraction, salt-out with ammonium sulfate sephedex gel chromatography and freeze drying. The purified enzyme contained two stainable subunits on the gel of SDS-PAGE.
