Abstract: |
The natto made by solid fermentation contains a large amount of thrombuslytic active component-nattokinase. The enzyme was purified to a chromatographic purity with a series of purification procedures including saline extraction, salt-out with ammonium sulfate sephedex gel chromatography and freeze drying. The purified enzyme contained two stainable subunits on the gel of SDS-PAGE. |
